Milo's Hamburgers

Went to Milo’s for the first time in a while. Richard serving at the front was very pleasant and his customer service is great. He was very helpful and efficient. The food was hot, fresh, and came out quickly. Also I have never seen a Milo’s so clean from the lobby to the bathroom. I will definitely return to this location.

My wife and I had no idea that Milo's was anything more than sweet tea at the grocery store, so imagine how intrigued we were when we found out that it was an actual restaurant! We stopped at the location around the corner from our hotel and were immediately greeted upon walking in the door. The employee at the counter was really helpful and explained some of the menu items to us since it was our first time, and even offered to let us taste the different sauces before ordering so we knew what we would like. We ended up trying their signature cheeseburger and a bacon classic and both were delicious. We also tried the chicken strips with the Milo's sauce and the Double O and were impressed. The fries are seasoned with their special seasoning salt and were cooked perfectly. Of course you already know that the tea was incredible as well as the new strawberry lemonade. Upon leaving, we had multiple employees wish us a nice night and thank us for coming in, and the one that was our cashier even asked how we liked our food and invited us to come back in the future. We will definitely make a point to stop again if we are ever in the area, especially this specific store.

Stars are for customer service. I didn’t enjoy the burger as much. The kids had the saucy fries she liked them. The tea was fantastic just the right amount of sweetness.

We visit this Milo’s almost every Sunday after church and the staff is incredible! This is why we keep coming back. Customer service is amazing and they always go above and beyond for us.

Remember when your wife was salty about not taking out the trash? Well, that pales in comparison to the salt here, especially the fries. Fabled for their sweet tea, Milo's has turned things around with good chicken fingers and burgers. Grab a fried pie. The sauces are the real secret weapon here though....not really a place for gluten free, vegans or dieters, this is the full fried (and now grilled) meats experience. Burgers are solid.

Good burger and fires. But the service is fantastic. The young gentleman who was working the front of Saturday 10-17-25 in the afternoon was very friendly and helpful for our first time visiting. Next time I am in Hoover I will stop by. The gentleman who works the front made the experience.

Miss J (Jeanelle) noticed that several in our party from Maryland had never been to Milo’s so she made a tray for my family with some fries on it and all the various sauces for them to try while she went through the menu with us (there were 12 of us). She helped all the kids figure out what they wanted, was SO NICE and helpful, checked on us, and her team seemed to respect her and listen to her instruction. It was the best Milo’s experience I’ve ever had! She was amazing!

If you have not done Milo’s breakfast you are missing out. I have recently found the grits bowl. Best fast food grits around. They will add bacon, eggs, and cheese as add ons. I love to put ketchup on my grits (don’t knock it till you try it). Only complaint with this location is they don’t look open for breakfast but I assure you that they are.
